Smooth Cover Spiral Hose-EN 856 4SP/ Four Layers Of Spiral Wire Smooth Cover Hydraulic Rubber Hose is suitable for vegetable, synthetic and mineral oils, water and glycol,ester-based oils in very high pressure hydraulic power lines.

This hose is consist of an oil resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, four layers of spiral wire reinforcement which can make the hose resistant higher pressure, and the cover is made of oil, weather resistant synthetic rubber with smooth surface black color.

This DIN EN856-4SP Smooth Cover Wire Spiral Hydraulic Rubber Hose is the world's first innovation. It's easier to clean than wrapped cover. This section hose is suitable for transporting or water-based hydraulic fluids. Made of preeminent oil resistant synthetic rubber, four layers of steel wire wrapped in alternating directions reinforcement and oil, weather resistant synthetic rubber cover with black color, smooth surface.

Similar to EN 856 4SH hydraulic hose, EN 856 4SP hose has higher working pressure under the same working temperature. Four layers of high tensile spiral wire give the hose best abrasion resistance and impulse fatigue. This kind of reinforcement is ideal for outdoor applications like forestry and mine equipment.

1.The inner rubber layer adopts the top raw material imported from Japan or South Korea: NBR, containing 35% rubber, hightemperature resistance, high pressure resistance and high strength.
