Since the steel wires of the same braided layer are in contact with each other, when they are subjected to dynamic pressure, their respective expansion and contraction will cause friction between the steel wires, affecting their durability. The winding tube is composed of two layers with different winding directions to form the working layer. There is an intermediate glue between the two layers, so there is no intersection between the two layers of steel wires on the same working layer. Therefore, when subjected to dynamic pressure, there will be no stress concentration or friction and wear caused by cross-bending between steel wires. 1. Product structure type

It is mainly composed of a liquid-resistant inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, 2 or 4 or 6 layers of steel wire winding reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer has the function of making the conveying medium bear pressure and protecting the steel wire from erosion. The outer rubber layer To protect the steel wire from damage, the steel wire (φ0.3--2.0 reinforced steel wire) layer is the skeleton material and plays a reinforcing role.

High-pressure steel wire braided hose is mainly used in hydraulic systems and is suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and mechanization and automation of various industrial sectors. Hydraulic systems deliver petroleum-based and water-based fluids with corresponding pressures and temperatures. When used for liquid transportation, the working pressure can reach 70-100MPa.
